If humans are saved through their faith, they are saved by God\u2019s grace \u2013 and God\u2019s grace alone.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cGrace alone\u201d simply means that the divine salvation of humans is purely unmerited or undeserved on the part of the human recipients.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The riches of God\u2019s blessings are, however, not bestowed upon us cheaply and arbitrarily. The grace of God is, as is popularly but correctly put:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>G &#8211; God\u2019s&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R &#8211; Riches&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A &#8211; At&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>C &#8211; Christ\u2019s&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>E &#8211; Expense<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This grace is received by faith:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>F &#8211; Forsaking&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A &#8211; All&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I &#8211; I<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>T &#8211; Trust&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>H &#8211; Him<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>It is only because of the person and work of Christ that God\u2019s grace becomes available to us: \u201cGod and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places\u201d (Eph. 1:3).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">Photo by <a href=\"https:\/\/unsplash.com\/@faithgiant?utm_source=unsplash&amp;utm_medium=referral&amp;utm_content=creditCopyText\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Alex Shute<\/a> on <a href=\"https:\/\/unsplash.com\/?utm_source=unsplash&amp;utm_medium=referral&amp;utm_content=creditCopyText\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Unsplash<\/a><\/pre>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The flip side of sola fide is sola gratia.
